Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-05-07

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Reverie Pitch(the "Service"), an online musical ear training application operated under the Reverie Audio trade name by an Israeli sole proprietor ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Reverie Pitch provides browser-based musical ear training exercises for musicians. Some features are free; others require a paid subscription ("Pro"). Service availability, exercises, and features may change over time.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive use, or attempt to circumvent paywalls or rate limits.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

For app access, account, exercise, or product-support questions, contact [email protected].

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, after which your access reverts to the Free tier.

For refund eligibility, including the 14-day refund window, see our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract proprietary content (audio tracks, exercise logic, or user-progression data).
  • Use the Service to harass others or upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
  • Share Pro account credentials with others or use a single account on behalf of multiple end users without our consent.
  • Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or paywalls.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, audio content, exercise designs, branding, and user interface, is owned by Reverie Audio and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific result (including improvement of your musical ear or musicianship) will be achieved.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reverie Audio's total liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us (or Paddle on our behalf) in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection law.

8. Termination

Self-serve account deletion is available for Free accounts from the Account page. If you have an active Pro subscription or active paid Pro access, cancel Pro first and wait until access ends before deleting your account, or contact support for urgent deletion help. Upon deletion, your account data is removed, except for limited records we are required to retain for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute, or legal compliance.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service. This does not deprive consumers of any mandatory protections available to them under the laws of their country of residence.
